Hi oldschool,

Mezzmo will stream your media files (video files, music files and photos) directly to your LG TV. First step, you need to add your media files into Mezzmo. Click 'Add To Library' -> 'Add Folder' or 'Scan Drive/Folder' and choose the folder containing your files. Once added, then you can go to your LG TV and press the Menu button on your remote control and go to the Servers / DLNA section. Choose (say) Videos and select Mezzmo from the list of servers. Now you should be able to navigate through your Mezzmo library and play the videos you want.

If you already have XMBC already set up with your media files (and nice artwork and text metadata), then you can export this information from XBMC and Mezzmo will read this XBMC information (.nfo files) when you add your media files into Mezzmo or when you run Maintain Library.

If you need more help, just ask.

You can set the properties for the folder that you have added into Mezzmo so that Mezzmo only lists the type of files that you are interested in. Right-click on the folder in Mezzmo and click Properties. In the Properties dialog, click the Presets button next to the File filter edit box. Choose Videos and click OK. Now the folder will only list video files and will not list artwork files, etc.

That's right - Mezzmo streams your files to your TV and can import metadata and text from XBMC into your Mezzmo library.
