Hi,

I have searched through the forums and either can't find the answer or i'm sorry if I have overlooked it.

Can someone please explain the difference between the 2011 device profiles for my TV?

Panasonic Viera 2011
Panasonic Viera 2011, DTS - I use this one
Panasonic Viera 2011, NTSC
Panasonic Viera no DivX
Panasonic Viera 3D
Panasonic Viera 3D, no DivX

Each have different audio, video, photo format support based on feedback from Viera owners. The device profile you are using is fine. Other GT30 owners also use the "Panasonic Viera (2011 models)" device profile. The main difference between these two is the former supports streaming MKV video with DTS audio channels to your device. If you have any problems, then post the FFmpeg information for the file here and we'll advise what may be going wrong. To do this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
