Occasional problem with linked playlists.

Hi, today when I was bringing in some linked playlists I was occasionally getting a problem. When bringing a linked playlist in it also contained the tracks from a previous playlist that I had brought in. Never seen this before and it doesn't happen all the time. Frustrating when it does though. Any ideas?
