I would like to be able to set configuration information for specific files.
Possibly saved as a text file of the same name as the video file.
Primarily I would like to be able to store an audio offset to fix audio to video synch problems, but I would also like to be able to specify the default audio track.
I am sure other properties could be identified that may be useful.

Thanks for the suggestions. The Properties dialog for a file does contain individual settings for a file. Right-click on a video in Mezzmo and click 'Properties'. In the Properties dialog, you can set the text metadata & artwork on the General tab. On the Video tab, you can set the default video and audio tracks to stream. On the Subtitles tab, you can configure what subtitles to stream with the video. On the Transcoding tab, you can choose what transcoded file to stream.

We don't yet have audio sync as a setting. We'll discuss this here and add it to our development list. Many DLNA devices have audio sync settings when you play your videos. Try pressing the Options or Tools button on your device's remote control when playing the video to see if you have the ability to adjust the audio sync.
