I'm using Panasonic 2012 device profile to stream to my television the only problem I have with this device profile is viewing subtitled movies. The subtitles will not show up on the television even when I go to properties->subtitles->extract subtitles->and burn subtitles when I pre-transcoding movie and still will not show up on the television. Am I using the wrong device profile?

Everything appears to be OK. A few possible causes for no subtitles:

Go to Properties -> Subtitles tab and uncheck any subtitles that you are not interested in. Then select the subtitle that you have extracted and click Subtitle Settings button. Mezzmo should be able to display the subtitles as a preview in the Subtitle Settings dialog. You should be able to move the slider at the bottom of the Subtitle Settings dialog to see the various subtitle text displayed. If Mezzmo cannot read them, then it will display warning messages. Also, check that the language & encoding settings are correct. Mezzmo uses these when burning the subtitles into your video. If you make any changes, then try pre-transcoding the video again.
After pre-transcoding has completed, go to Properties -> Transcoding tab and check if there are other transcoded files created or listed as preferred. Delete these. Also if "Original" is listed as preferred, then remove it. We want to make sure that your pre-transcoded (burnt) file is listed there and is marked as preferred. Also, as a test, click Save As and save the transcoded file into a folder. Then try playing this transcoded video in a media player like VLC and see if you can see the burnt subtitles.
