Several times when I have tried to email you logs or something to support @ conceiva.com I get the following error from gmail. Are your email servers a little bit over worked right now?


Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:

support@conceiva.com

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

Technical details of temporary failure:
Unspecified Error (SENT_MESSAGE): Connection timed out

Hi Shawn,

Yes - we're getting pretty busy here. We'll look into upgrading our server hardware. Your emails do eventually reach us. The only time your email may not reach us is when you attach a large (>10MB) attachment to your email. In this case, please upload the attachment to a file sharing site like mega.co.nz, dropbox or rapidshare and email us the download link.
