Updated Device Profiles

I've noticed that Conceiva will update device profiles but not release those updates to the user base unless we specifically ask for it.

Why doesn't Conveiva just keep an online directory, or a section of its forums for paid users to get what they need without having to contact support?

I mean you guys are great at responding and all. It would just be a little bit easier.

The latest version of Mezzmo always has all the latest device profiles, so that's the best starting point. Whilst we are creating a new version of Mezzmo, we often do have new device profiles for new devices and some tweaks for existing device profiles. We don't like listing these for general downloading since they may or may not work (i.e. they are still in development). You can request the new or tweaked device profile from us and join the many 100's of testers that provide feedback for us. Once we can confirm they are working, then we include them into the new release.
