Since the latest upgrade of Mezzmo, I cannot get a video thumbnail selecting "Get artwork from video". I get error message "Artwork could not be generated from the video at the selected time". In fact you cannot get or see any video to do this at anytime. In the past this also seemed to do this automatically once a new video was loaded. I have tried to find a setting that has changed, etc. but cannot find anything. It should be noted that running database management does not affect this either. I can retrieve and change artwork through Metadata retrieval, but many self created or home movies, have no metadata.....

Mezzmo uses ffmpeg.exe to get frames from within videos when you use the 'Get artwork from video" command. Perhaps your ffmpeg.exe has changed or cannot be located. Go to the Transcoding Settings dialog and check that ffmpeg.exe can be loaded and has a valid build date.

Checking, it appears that indeed ffmpeg.exe is missing for some reason. I went to "Check for updates" but it is apparent how I can reload/download it. Can you provide the file or instructions on how to retreive it?

Actually the file is there, but for whatever reason must not be executing properly within Mezzmo. Please let me know how to resolve this.

The easiest way is to repair your Mezzmo fileset. If you are running Mezzmo v3.2.0.0, then use Windows Explorer to delete the ffmpeg.exe from your Mezzmo program folder. Then run the Mezzmo v3.2.0.0 installer (download it from www.mezzmo.com) and it will prompt you to repair your fileset. Choose Yes and your fileset should be up-to-date. It will not affect your Mezzmo library / database files.
