I've been using mezzmo for months with no problems. Now when I try to select mezzmo I get this message. "There is no playable file." If someone can give me some idea as to where to look or try it would be greatly appreciated.

The most common reason users see this message on their DLNA device is when you try to play (say) music when you are in Video or Photos mode on their DLNA device (or try to play videos when in Music or Photos mode, etc.). Check you are in the right mode when you play your files. Another reason is that Mezzmo server is not able to access your files on your NAS. See this FAQ to fix this problem - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.

If none of that helps, then please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
