View Full Version : Mezzmo crashing

I've got a problem with Mezzmo crashing, and being unable to be re-started. When I try to restart it, I get an error that it has been forced to close and has written out a crash dump.

Do you need the dump to diagnose the problem?

Thanks for reporting this. We've already fixed several crash issues in the upcoming Mezzmo v3.3 so your issue may already be fixed. Please email us the crash dump ZIP file to support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll investigate the problem.

Thanks - got your email. We'll check them and make sure the issue is fixed for Mezzmo v3.3.

The crash reports show that the MezzmoAlbumArt.db is corrupt, Mezzmo should detect this and create a new db but this is not occuring. If you can send us the db file we can investigate further.
