Hello Tech!
I'm unable to stream some DVD ISOs with Mezzmo, this is what i did:

1- Added iso(s) to my folder

2- Mezzmo sees these iso(s) as folders
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/magicfly/Temp/Cattura.png (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/magicfly/media/Temp/Cattura.png.html)

3- My Samsung UE46ES8000 (Profile E) sees an iso as an empty folder(s)

Should I have to do some more steps? Thanks!

If you don't see your files on your device, then the most common reason is due to access permission whereby Mezzmo server cannot access your files on your NAS or another computer. See this FAQ to fix the problem - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network. Let us know if you have further problems & we'll help out.

Hello. These settings you suggest are OK. My only problem is I can't get ISOs to work.
On Mezzmo Library I see this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/magicfly/Temp/Cattura-1.png (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/magicfly/media/Temp/Cattura-1.png.html)

Instead, on my Samsung I see ISOs as folders:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/magicfly/Temp/IMG_20130823_180233.jpg (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/magicfly/media/Temp/IMG_20130823_180233.jpg.html)

And for example one of these 3 images is empty inside
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v624/magicfly/Temp/IMG_20130823_180252.jpg (http://smg.photobucket.com/user/magicfly/media/Temp/IMG_20130823_180252.jpg.html)

Maybe my TV won't support ISOs? Everything else, photos, music and other videos work perfectly.

Thanks in advance for further help.

Your TV does accept ISO files from Mezzmo server. The problem still looks like access permissions. To confirm this, turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and browse to the folder again. When you see no files listed, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the log files and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
