Backup files in Mezzmo

Hey,
Does anyone knows how to make a backup transcoded files in Mezzmo? Sometimes I remove unused files in my computer (Windows 7) by programme (ccleaner etc.) The programme remove also Mezzmo files with transcoded movies :/ So again I have to transcoded... Its take a forever... (almost all day)
I tried make a backup TranscodingFiles (mezzmo files) on my portable hard disc... but after 'drag and drop' Mezzmo doesnt "see" this files...
My veriosn o Mezzmo is 3.2.0.0

Why not exclude the transcoding folder from ccleaner so it skips over it? I don't know this software program, but a quick search on the internet suggest it can exclude folders - e.g. http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-exclude-items-from-ccleaners-cleaning
