It can be almost impossible to stop the video at the title frame with the drag method, would it be possible to add a plus and minus button either end of the scroll position for more accurate positioning, not all media, especially home produced stuff, has embedded art work, just a thought.

Try this: Drag the slider to the position in the video you are after, and then use the left/right arrow keys on your keyboard to move forward/backward by a second in duration. This will get you to the time in the video you are after.
