View Full Version : Help...Mezzmo went blank

When I rebooted my computer after doing some updates I discovered my Mezzmo dashboard is completely blank...no categories nor any fold info. Seems alot of the data is still in the folder on the c: drive but I can't see anything on bootup screen. Any help or recommendations appreciated!

We have not heard of this before. Can you take a screenshot of Mezzmo for us? Post it here or email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help out.

As requested...I've rebooted numerous times. Not sure whats next...tried even re-adding the drive but no luck.

Very strange. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Start Mezzmo again and when it loads up, you can exit Mezzmo again. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
