Hi,

Am unable to play MPEG-2 TS Video (.ts) files via Mezzmo to a new Bravia KDL-42W670A. The device profile is a Sony Bravia KDL W, which is presumably correct, and it works for the kids DVD's...
Also the TV will happily play said .ts files using the standard DLNA connection thing it came with (but not, of course the vob's).
Also, also, Mezzmo will play .wtv video, but there is no sound, only pictures.

Any ideas ?

Thanks very much

Change your device profile to 'Sony Bravia KDL (2012 Models)' and try streaming now. Let us know how it goes.

Well it now plays .wtv files OK, both sound and vision, but

.ts is still the same - the Bravia shows the thumbnails OK, as before, and Mezzmo says its streaming, as before, but all it does is put up some controls on the screen, for fast forward, stop, whatever, and then just sits there with a blank screen (it shows a now playing right arrow briefly before changing to a pause symbol, pressing play again does nothing)

OK - it's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and stream a .ts file. Wait a few minutes for it to load and when it fails to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

OK, sent the logs (well I think I did).
