View Full Version : No longer able to add new files to Mezzmo

Hi All,

Can any suggest a reason why I cannot add new videos to my Mezzmo Database?

I have had a problem a number of times and the only way to added new files are to un-install Mezzmo completely, including any Registry entries and start again.

I have done Database maintenance, etc., which makes no difference.

I addition to my original post it only seems to effect MP4 Videos.

I have just for an experiment moved my database so mezzmo has to create a new database, and the new files were added OK.

Agree - that is strange. If you return back to your original Mezzmo database and turn on logging in Mezzmo, we will be able to see what happens when you add these MP4 files. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Start Mezzmo again. Add your MP4 file and when it fails, exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
