When I played one of my tv shows today, i saw that the subtitles where those of another tv show.
I checked in the properties of my show and found 6 (six) different subtitles (1 without language, 3 in english and 2 in french).
I only use the external one (which is the one without language and found at the right location).
All the others are in the extracted library of subtitles, with .1.srt, .2.srt, ...
All the subtitles are checked in the first column.
All my tv shows are structured and named so that the "series" playlist can work (all my episodes have the name e1, e2, ... and are placed in the right folder structure).

I already used the button "clear extraction cache" but apparently without the desired effect : when i clicked on "update subtitles" in the properties window, it added 4 more subtitles !

How can i solve this ?

Try this: Go to the Transcoding Settings dialog and delete your transcoded files. Then go to the Properties dialog for a video and, on the Subtitle tab, click Update Subtitles. Hopefully they should be correct now. If not, then please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll help further.

I don't have any transcoded files.
I manually deleted the subtitles folder to solve the problem and regenerated it.
But it seems that after another maintenance of the library, all the multiples are back.
Problem with the maintenance that doesn't see the previous subtitles and add everytime the same again & again ?

It's best we see a set of logs so we can fix this. First step, manually deleted the subtitles folder again to solve the problem and regenerate it. Then, turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and stop your Mezzmo and exit Mezzmo. Run Mezzmo and run Maintain Library as you normally do. Once the subtitle problem happens again, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. In your email, let us know the video file names and subtitle file names that are wrong.

Also please note, Maintenance may extract subtitles again, if permitted by Global Options, section Subtitles, [+] Advanced,
see checkbox "Auto extract embedded subtitles into cache"
