Updated to v3.4, all thumbnails for Videos are now missing

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your Dish Hopper and reproduce the no thumbnails issue. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Just an update - We have found a small issue with streaming thumbnails to devices in Mezzmo v3.4.0.0 We have fixed it. You can email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide a patch to try. If that works well, then we'll release a minor update for all users.

We just released Mezzmo v3.4.1 and it will fix any thumbnail problem you may have. After installing this update, go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and delete your transcoded files.

That's odd. Check the Metadata Retrieval Settings dialog to make sure video artwork is being collected. If still no success, then email us a set of logs when this occurs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com & we'll check it out further.

Hi Paul, here's the log. All those videos are my private cam videos, therefore thumbnail should be extracted from video itself. Metadata retrieval settings is correct, I haven't changed anything there... I've also started a new mezzmo library - no success. I will try older version of mezzmo to see if it works, but maybe you identify something in logs.

UPDATE: I've tried Mezzmo 3.3.0.0 and here everything is OK. So I suppose it is a bug in new version.
