Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to tell Mezzmo to connect to a remote Mezzmo service. For example, I've got a home server where Mezzmo is running, but instead of logging in to the server's console to access and manage Mezzmo I want to be able to run a Mezzmo console on a remote PC and tell it to connect to the home server's Mezzmo service. This is to reduce the load on the server and improve the overall experience.

Thanks

Sorry, it is not possible with the current version of Mezzmo (v3.4.1.0). It is something we have planned in the future though.

Thank you, I will be eagerly waiting for this feature to become available as my server isn't the fastest machine out there :p

This isn’t officially supported, but it seems to work. I haven’t upgraded from 3.2.0.0 yet, though, so if something has changed since then, I wouldn’t know about it.

In the other thread I said to use VNC http://www.realvnc.com/ the difference is that if you install Mezzmo on two machines you should buy two licenses. With VNC only one copy runs.
