Hi Guys,
I have being using Mezzmo for awhile now and its great, but after upgrading my TV from a Samsung (2010) LA40C650 to an LG (2013) 55LN5710 I'm getting the a couple of files that won't play and the weird thing is if I come back later and try again it will play.

The other issue is where the file will play then locks up, that file won't play again until I restart Mezzmo, there have only been two files so far with this issue.

I'm not sure if this is a known issue if not I'll attach some logs.

Please post the FFmpeg information for the files that don't play. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Also let us know what device profile you are using - go to the Media Devices dialog to see this.

Hi Paul,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, the new config file works...BUT when you open the mp4 the file won't play initially then if you give it a maybe 5 /10 seconds the file will play I'm guessing its trans coding and that is the delay I have a log file but its too large even zipped so I'll try again tonight my time if you need to see the logs.

Understand. Before capturing a new set of logs, delete all your previous logs. You can do this on the Options dialog (Logging page).
