License Model

I'm considering purchasing Mezzmo and I would like to understand the license model. Does a new license need to be purchased with each major update? How many devices can play content from a Mezzmo server? For example, WMS requires a separate license for each device, which I suspect is NOT the case here, but would like to confirm.
