I need a bit of assistance.

Every time Mezzmo starts up I get a pop up warning stating. "AUTO UPDATE..... A previous package installation has not been completed. Please restart windows to complete the package installation before running AUTO update again.

I keep rebooting the machine and I still get the same message.

Mezzmo tells me that I am currently up to date with version 3.4.1.0

Can someone please help.

You can prevent this message appearing by editing your Windows registry:

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and ‘r’ then in the prompt type regedit

This will launch the Windows registry editor and if you navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Conceiva\M ezzmo\AutoUpdate\Settings (if you are running 64-bit Windows) or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Conceiva\Mezzmo\AutoUp date\Settings (if you are running 32-bit Windows) and double-click the value ‘busy’ and change the value to 0 then click ‘OK’.

After changing this value you should not see the message the next time you run Mezzmo.
