Hello
i`m using mezzmo since year and till now no major problems :) but last days (dunno after mezzmo update or panasonic firmware update) i have problem with subtitles synchronization.
Tv series dont have any delay on computer but on tv i see desynchronization. Its look like mezzmo keep subs longer than need. Any suggestions ?
Regards
Darek
Hi Darek,
If Mezzmo is streaming external or embedded subtitles to your TV, then the delay problem will be in your TV's firmware. Try checking your TV's settings/options when the video is playing to see if you can adjust the subtitle delay. Many device let you do this.
If Mezzmo is burning the subtitles into a transcoded video, then you can adjust the subtitle delay in the Subtitle Settings dialog. See this FAQ for more details: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/5977-Tutorial-Subtitling-Basics

Thanks Paul for answer. Anyway my Panasonic dt60 doesnt have any delay option for subtitles and its not tv problem. Same movie played via mezzmo have desynch and from usb without any problems.
We can see what Mezzmo is doing if you send us a set of logs. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream the video to your TV and when the subtitles are out-of-sync, then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
