Title From Filemane Not Working

Hello

As the title says the option to use filename as title is not working since upgrading to 3.4.2. Always used to work but now no matter what I do it just will not use the file name. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just tried it here and it seems to be working fine. Post a screenshot of your Maintain Library dialog and a screenshot of the Metadata Retrieval Settings dialog (both the video and music tabs). That may help tell us what's going wrong.
