Mezzmo has stopped working upon startup

So last night, I noticed Mezzmo had some issues and had crashed. When I tried to start it up again, Windows tells me that a problem caused the program to stop working. I decided to try and reinstall, and then found that a new version was out so I downloaded the new version... Still the same problem. So I uninstalled the entire program, rebooted and installed again, still same error...

Anyway you guys can troubleshoot this issue?

When Mezzmo crashes, a crash window should be displayed. Click 'Go To Folder' button on this window and then email the crash dump ZIP file that is in this folder to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. This will tell us why Mezzmo crashed.
