Pogoplug And Mezzmo ?

hi need help don't know if mezzmo can help me out with a issue am haveing using pogoplug unlimited cloud storage I have pogoplug install on my computer which adds a unlimited drive on my computer when I try to play movies from that pogoplug drive they play fine for like 10 sec then they freeze up looks like its buffering but it does it alot using vlc playing from my computer if I would use mezzmo to stream the movies on that drive to my hdtv would they play ok

If you are streaming media from your Pogoplug drive and this drive is retrieving the video from the cloud (internet), then the problem may be bandwidth related - i.e. your Pogoplug drive is not able to download the video fast enough from the cloud for Mezzmo to stream to your devices. This can result in buffering or stuttering on your devices. Also, depending on the video format, your device may want to seek to different parts of the video (e.g. go to the end of the video file to read the index). This may also slow down the Pogoplug drive's ability to deliver the content requested.

You can send us a set of logs when you stream from your Pogoplug drive. We'll be able to confirm what's happening. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
