Trying to move Mezzmo to a different computer

I am trying to move the Mezzmo from one PC to another, the movies are on a external array so the drive letter and path name are the same. When I copy over the db and thumbnails located in the user\appdata folder, Mezzmo does not see anything.

What are the steps of accomplish this move
