View Full Version : Broken Profiles Mezzmo 3.4.3

All my profiles for WDTV Live ( all models ) are broken with this update. So I put the Mezzmo 3.4.2 profiles back. And they seem to be broken too.. Something is wrong with the server.exe or something.

As a temp fix.. Putting everything to Generic Profile NTSC fixes the issues. But it broke Streaming to my Nexus 7 with Archos Video Player for good..

Hi Dion,

Please email us at set of logs when using the v3.4.3 device profiles and we'll see what's happening. Email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

I checked the Checksum of the profiles of 3.4.2 vs 3.4.3 and they are identical ( The ones I use ). Not sure if this a profile issue. It seems to only effect LARGE playlist. One of my playlist has over 430 movies.. And cannot be seen and gives a no media error. However one of the playlist has only like 12 movies in it. And it can be seen fine. With WDTV Profiles..

I also emailed Logs.

edit: Just to be clear here. This only seems to effect VERY LARGE playlist with lots of media in them. The profiles appear to be fine. There is something wrong somewhere else.. Maybe the Server.exe

Thanks for the further information, Dion. We've got your logs and we'll reproduce the problem with our WD TV live models here. We'll report back via email after we find & fix the problem.

Update: We have fixed the problems reported with the new v3.4.3 and replaced the Mezzmo v3.4.3 Auto Update package and Mezzmo full installer on our web site.

If you have already applied the v3.4.3 update, then please download the full installer from our web site (www.mezzmo.com) and run it (do not uninstall your existing Mezzmo). When the Mezzmo installer prompts you to do a Repair, click Yes. After the repair has completed, your Mezzmo v3.4.3 will be up-to-date and the issues should be fixed.
