I'm having a few problems. The first is that when I play a movie greater than a few gigabytes or so, it intermittently stops and says "loading" on the screen of my UN40F6400. I'm not sure if this is happening because of Mezzmo, my router, my computer, or my TV. I don't think it's my router (Netgear R6300), since on Netgear's website it says this about the product: "Get 3x faster access and more reliable streaming for your home computers and mobile devices. Beamforming+ and dual band technology makes your gaming more extreme and your HD streaming smoother." My computer shows no signs of slowing, and no transcoding is going on. Why is this happening?

The second and third problems are that the Mezzmo media server crashes after I return to my computer after an extended period of time, and subtitle formatting (such as color, location on screen, etc) are not preserved.

Any fixes?

Hi Norman,

If you are not already running the latest Mezzmo v3.4.3.0, please upgrade to it and try again. We have fixed several crashes and have improved streaming in this version.

If the problems remain after installing the new version, then please email the following information to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com:

let us know the FFmpeg information on the video that has this problem. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
let us know the device profile that is assigned to your TV. Check the Media Devices dialog to see this.
let us know how your TV and PC running Mezzmo are connected to your home network (Ethernet cables, wireless-N, powerline, etc.)
if you get a crash again in Mezzmo, then an error message box is displayed. Click the 'Go To Folder' button on this window and then email us the crash dump ZIP file so we can see why Mezzmo crashed and fix it to get you up and running.
