I was wondering if there is any reason for changing Mezzmo profile e.g to VLC or XBMC , or anything else ???? Mezzmo suppose to stream everything right ???

Thanks...

Mezzmo does stream all popular video, audio, image and subtitle formats - but all device(s) play different video, audio, image and subtitle formats. So the device profiles in Mezzmo are used to define all the formats each particular device supports. If you try to stream a file that your device does not support, then the device profile tells Mezzmo to transcode it on-the-fly to a format that it does support & play - or else you would see the dreaded "invalid file" or "cannot play" message on your device.

If you want to stream all your files natively to a device and not have Mezzmo transcode them, then you can turn transcoding off for the device and Mezzmo will just deliver them natively without any changes. To do this, go to the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and edit your device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Transcoding tab and turn off transcoding. As an example, since VLC and XBMC media players play most popular formats, then you could turn transcoding off for these.
