Hi,

Some 720p and 1080p videos keep on pausing and loading on my Samsung. I've even pre-transcoded these videos, but to no avail. My computer is quite old (Sony Laptop bought in 2008: Intel Core 2 Due T8300 2,40Ghz; 4.00Gb RAM), so I'm wondering if that could be the cause of my problem. Some more info on my problem:

let us know the FFmpeg information on the video that has this problem. Right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.

Hi eveneven,

Thanks for the detailed information.

We have an FAQ relating to excessive stuttering/buffering/loading when playing videos - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6538-Tutorial-How-to-reduce-excessive-stuttering-or-buffering-when-streaming-videos

In your case, I can see the videos have a video bitrate of 21Mb/sec. This is quite high and it may exceed the bandwidth of your wireless network or the real time playing capabilities of your Samsung D-series TV's firmware. Read through the FAQ for some hints and see how you go. I would suggest to reduce the Video bitrate slider in the Performance tab in the Device Settings dialog and then pre-transcode the file again. You can find instructions in the FAQ how to do this. Post back if you need further help.
