View Full Version : 3.3.4.0 buffering OK prior to 3.3.4.0 upgrade

Since updating to 3.3.4.0 firstly when playing video sudden stop with "No Device connected" although it had been until this point.
Following this buffering problems - never any with previous version. From other thread advice re-download of 3.3.4.0 and reinstall without prior uninstall : clicked for Repair. Still the same problem with buffering. Also after looking at other threads am providing the following info.:-

I must emphasize no problems with previous version with videos with same set up.

Thanks for the information. We'll get you up and running. First thing we'll need is a set of logs as that will show us what's happening. Please turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem you mention and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
