Toshiba 47VL900A problem

Hello

I have a Toshiba 47VL900A tv and it comes up in Mezzmo as a 'Asus Eee Pad Transformer TF101' and has problems playing avi files. I have tried changing it to the Toshiba 2013 but I am still having issues with the avi files

Hi Terrence,

Please send us a set of logs and we'll work out what's going wrong. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream an AVI video and when it fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. In your email, also include the FFmpeg information for the AVI file. Right-click on the AVI in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
