Computer-A has Mezzmo installed, on Computer-B I shared a folder on the network, then on Mezzmo (Computer-A) I added a folder \\Computer-B\SharedVideos.

When I open that folder within Mezzmo application on Windows, the content of the folder shows up, but when I try to access it via TV, the folder is absolutely empty.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

The problem will be related to access permissions, where Mezzmo server is not able to access the files on your other computer due to access privileges. I added the account on Credentials Manager. But I was unable to find Mezzmo under Services...

I am under Windows 8. to open Services I pressed on Windows button, typed Administrative Tools, clicked on it, a new window opened where I clicked on Services but Mezzmo isn't on the list. Here's a screenshot:

The Mezzmo service will be listed by the name used in 'Media Server Settings' in Mezzmo, if you have changed the name then look for this name in the Windows Services list.

Found it. Thanks.

But if I change it from Computer-A Credentials to the Credentials used on the Computer-B, then it will no longer be able to access the files stored on the Computer-A?

Use the same account name on both systems.
