Hi oldschool,

Please turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging). Reboot your PC. Start Mezzmo as usual. After a few minutes, try to exit Mezzmo application using File/Exit menu in Mezzmo. If it does not exit, then run Windows Task Manager and kill the "Mezzmo.exe" process. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Your Mezzmo database may have become corrupted. Try this:

Stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo application (if running).
Using Windows Explorer, go to the following folder:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Conceiva (for Win8/Win7/Vista)
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Conceiva (for Win XP)
Rename the 'Mezzmo' folder to 'Mezzmo.bak'.
Create a new 'Mezzmo' folder.
Copy the 'MezzmoMediaServer.INI' file from Mezzmo.bak folder into the new Mezzmo folder.
Run Mezzmo. You will have a new Mezzmo library now. See if you can exit Mezzmo now.

If you already have logging turned on, then please send us the logs so we can see what's going wrong. To find the log files, use Windows Explorer to go to the following folder:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Conceiva (for Win8/Win7/Vista)
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Conceiva (for Win XP)

Zip up all files under the 'logs' sub-folder. Email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
