View Full Version : ArkMC can find the Mezzmo server but shows no files

hi
I have try the mezzmo version 2.??? and all work good for my arkmc on my ipad and now i have buy mezzmo but with the new version 3.4.4.0 i see mezzmo server and select it with arkmc. after that nothing i cant see menu to found folder i have just a black page where normaly i have many choice like music , video , etc. i have check the setting and i think all its ok and dont know what to do now i have the dlna server of windows and all its ok and work with arkmc but not with mezzmo.
with all other device i can use mezzmo like my sharp tv, my xbox 360 all its ok

If you would like to revert back to use an older version of Mezzmo, you can download them here - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6026-FAQ-How-to-download-older-versions-of-Mezzmo

If you would like us to fix the problem in the latest version, then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Reproduce the problem with ArcMC and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at supoprt [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Hey Paul. I just got an Ipad Mini, installed ArkMC and I am seeing the exact problem that the original poster described. I can open ArkMC and see my Mezzmo server but when I choose it, the video listing is blank. Did you find a solution to this problem and if so, could you please share it? I was just about to make a log and send in a request when I found this post so I thought I'd save everyone some time and trouble since the problem is exactly as described by the OP.

Hi James,

Did you set the device profile for your iPad Mini in the Media Devices to match the app you are using? i.e. the 'Arkuda Digital ArcMC' device profile. If not, then try that and try streaming again. You may get better results. If no change, then email us a set of logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
