Hi dré,

The current version of Mezzmo (v3.4.4.0) streams and displays subtitles on Viera TVs. A few things to check:

Right-click on the video and click Properties. On the Properties dialog, go to the Subtitles tab. Do you see subtitles listed there? Take a screenshot and post it here. Select each subtitle and click 'Subtitle Settings'. Make sure you can see your subtitles correctly in Mezzmo.
Make sure you are using one of the Panasonic Viera device profiles. I would suggest the 'Panasonic Viera TV (20011 models)' for your model. Go to the Media Devices dialog to view/change the device profile.
Go to the Media Devices dialog and edit your Viera TV device. On the Device Settings dialog, go to the Subtitles tab and make sure the streaming subtitles is turned on.
Try streaming the video to your TV. On your TV, press the Options or Tools or Settings button on your TV's remote control and find the setting to turn subtitles on.

Hi Paul,

I've already tryed this it does not work, the TV does not see the SRT or another Format, it's only with MKV files and VIDEO, AVI is no problem

OK - it's best we see a set of logs when you stream the video to your device. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Stream the video to your device and when no subtitles are displayed, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
