Sony Bravia "there are no items to display"

Hi i've just downloaded the trial version before i buy,but when I go into the video section
on my TV on Mezzmo ,I get "there are no items to display" I can see the files.
It's driving me crazy,the media devices are connected to my TV.
I'm no Bill Gates on a computer,so can some please help .

Did you try "Tools > Set Up Your Mezzmo Library"?

i've worked it out,i messed around with sony profiles to kdw L .
