Is there a DEFAULT setting I can lock in for device FORMAT?
In my case I transcode for a Sony BluRay player, it is always the same-
File Format - mpegts
Video Channels - h264
Audio Channels - ac3

Can this be a profile setting so whenever I want to transcode for my Sony BluRay I don't have to make these selections?

Your Sony BDP supports a number of video, music and photo formats. Mezzmo stream files to your Sony BDP based on the device profile that is assigned to your device in the Media Devices dialog. For any incompatible file, Mezzmo will automatically transcode that file into a supported format - e.g. mpegts (h264, ac3). In your case, mpegts (h264, ac3) is a supported format of your Sony BDP and Mezzmo will stream those files directly to your device. You can see what formats Mezzmo will transcode to for your device by right-clicking on the video and clicking 'Pre-transcode Files'. See this FAQ for more information about pre-transcoding - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files.
