Can I fast forward Mezzmo streams on Samsung F series TV? F6740

Hi, my Samsung F6740 does not allow me to fast forward or rewind video that is streaming from my PC upstairs.

Samsung support say it is not possible using standard Samsung software.

Will I be able to do this if I install Mezzmo on the PC? (along with all the other features Mezzmo brings!)

Samsung TVs can be poor when it comes to FF/REW. Older models did not support FF/REW at all. The F-series does support FF/REW - but it seems only for certain video formats.
