Hi,

I am using Mezzmo 3.4.4 and I notice that I have videos in my library that I can't select and choose "properties" (or "ffmpeg information") from the context-menu. There doesn't seem to be any obvious reason why these files are different from the many others in my library.

The files in question are both h.264 and aac encoded mp4's that play just fine (and encoded in the same manner as virtually all the other videos in my collection).

Can anyone make any suggestions to point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Nicco

Hi Nicco,

That sounds strange. When you click on one of these files, what do you see in the Properties pane (typically in the left bottom corner of Mezzmo)? Another thing to do is run a command window (click Windows Start and type 'cmd.exe' and press enter) and then run '<mezzmo-install-folder>\ffmpeg32\ffmpeg.exe -i <filename>' where <mezzmo-install-folder> is the full path where Mezzmo is installed on your computer and <filename> is the full path of the video file. Post the results here.
