Hi all

I am in the process of trialing Mezzmo and so far I a really liking it. I am having an issue, however with streaming video files to my Samsung PS60E8000GM. I can browse all the videos in my library and all thumbnails display perfectly. The issue is that if i attempt to play any video file i receive a 'File Not Supported' error.

The profile that is selected is 'Samsung E' - this was automatically detected.
Transcode incompatible media files is selected.
The version of FFmpeg is June 27th 2013
I have the latest firmware installed on the TV

Any help is greatly appreciated. I only have 4 days of trial left but would love to purchase the software if we can get it working :)

Many thanks

Paul

Typically, the problem is related to access permissions where Mezzmo server cannot access your files if they are coming from a NAS drive or external computer. To fix this problem, see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/4597-FAQ-Accessing-files-from-external-computers-and-NAS-drives-on-your-home-network.

If still a problem, then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your TV and try to play a few videos. When they fail to play, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Thanks Paul

It was the Mezzmo Service account that needed to be changed to my username.

Again, many thanks
