< Fetch TV > marketed in Australia by Internode and IINET
and by Optus as the < Optus TV >
Great box excellent features.
The profile for this device wasn't in the Mezzmo latest list. So a quick email to Customer service and Peter responded to me with a FetchTV.zip file to try.
I have DL and installed this Profile and set it to the default for the Fetch TV box.

The Fetch TV package installs fine but my fetch TV Box doesn't like it.
Fetch TV hardware version M605T
Firmware version -3.7.4134
Software version-Bondi
The Generic NTSC works ok - Bit slow to load and FFwd etc is not much good but the Fetch TV Profile doesn't work at all. (unable to playback selected file) Is there a newer version or any other tips I can try - Please help ?

Thanks for the feedback. Please email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we'll provide a tweaked FetchTV device profile. In your email, please include a two sets of logs - one using the Fetch TV device profile and one using the Generic device profile. To create a set of logs, set your device profile to FetchTV and then turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your FetchTV and try to stream some files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us. Repeat the same steps again with the Generic device profile.

I am also having an issue with an optus provided fetch tv stb. I select the fetch profile in mezzmo 4.0.4.0 but when I try to playback through fetch I get error "playback failed".

Please help.

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo using your FetchTV and try to stream some files. Then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

If no success, then please right-click on the file in Mezzmo that does not play on your Fetch TV and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Either post that information here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Update: We've just made some good improvements to the Fetch TV device profile. We'll include the new Fetch TV device profile in the next Mezzmo release. Or, you can email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for early access to the device profile.

Update: Mezzmo v4.0.6.0 has been released and it includes the updated Fetch TV device profile.
