mezzmo sees Samsung Blue Ray #1 BD ES600 #2 BD F5700. THE ES SHOWS MEZZMO BUT WON'T RUN THE AUDIO OF A VIDEO, THE f5700, RELOADED TWICE NOW AND RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS DOESN'T SEE MEZZMO AT ALL.. MEZZMO SEES THEM BOTH IN DVICES AND HAS ASSIGNED A DEVICE PROFILE OF "SAMSUNG C". I HAVE WINDOWS FIREWALL TURNED OFF. PLEASE HELP

Hi mezzoluna,
let's me sum up: mezzmo identifies all devices, so you can see them on "Media Devices". Do you see their ip on mezzmo or there are just zeros? Check if the box "Allow new devices to connect to mezzmo" is ticked. Don't tick the box "Use only Ip.."! Hope you'll fix it soon!

Here's an FAQ that lists the common reasons that your devices do not list Mezzmo - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/1183-FAQ-Cannot-see-Mezzmo-on-your-DLNA-device. Check each possible cause in your circumstance.

If no better, then turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Turn off and on your Samsung BDPs and then wait a few minutes. Try to list Mezzmo on each Samsung BDP. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
