Make sure the device profile is set to 'Microsoft Xbox 360' in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo and try streaming again. If no success, right-click on the video in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post that information here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Mezzmo is streaming this file directly to your Xbox 360. If your Xbox 360 cannot play it, then there may be something wrong in the encoding. Try pre-transcoding the file and it may fix the issues. To pre-transcode a file, see this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6025-Tutorial-Pre-transcoding-Files.

If Mezzmo is not always listing on your Xbox 360, then your wireless connection may not be stable between your Xbox 360 and PC. An unstable wireless signal could also explain why your videos are not playing well. See this FAQ to improve your home network connection and video playback - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6538-Tutorial-How-to-reduce-excessive-stuttering-or-buffering-when-streaming-videos

is there any way to play on my xbox 360 without pre transcoding the file? because i don't want to fullfill my hard disk . but i did pre transcoded a file just for test, but the result is same , the video is unplayable. status code 69-C00D36C4.

I always get 3 to 4 bar signal which is very good, and sorry to say this but the other streaming softwares I have tried ,that always showing up on my xbox 360 .
what's wrong with mezzmo on my PC?

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your Xbox and try streaming a few videos. When they fail, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

My 360 did the exact same thing. Codecs support are by Microsoft are .wmv and that's about it. Mezzmo will have to transcode everything to stream to XBOX360. If your worried about hard drive space then lower the amount of storage you allow mezzmo to use. If you have a decent computer then I wouldn't worry about the minute or so it takes to transcode a video in order to watch it.

I use my 360 as my main device now and it can be temperamental over files

for my older files I couple of things which have helped me to get them to play

If it's an MP4 file, rename it to M4V and vice versa (doesn't work on all but this fixed a few for me)
also
Go into properties of the file in Mezzmo and look at the video tab, under the preferred audio option if it shows two items, select the second one, the 360 will now see the file as incompatible and will play it instead of giving an error (transcodes it)
