I installed the newest release to evaulate the software, but it constantly crashes when maintaining library is running, using Win 7 64-bit. FFMPEG crashes alot as well.

Have also noticed this.. The workaround I found was to right click the Library and say Maintain Playlist. That one doesnt seem to crash.
Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) then start Maintenance again and once it crashes zip up the logs and send them to support (at) conceiva (dot) com - the logs may show us which files cause this.

Dennis I will send a log. But I am actually able to re-create the problem. If I have the Library folder selected in the top left above all the playlist. It doesnt crash. However.. If I click one of the playlist. Then click update Library it crashes.
Interesting... I'll take a look at this and see if I can reproduce it. What are your selections in the Maintenance dialog (maybe a screenshot would be easier than listing them all)?

Thanks - I'll get back to you on this :)

For what it may matter I too was having ffmpeg issues with build 2.1.9
I found a newer version of x86 ffmpeg and used it and the dlls.

I know Dennis has given this out before sorry If I have violated posting rules
I am running windows server 2008 r2 x64.
Once I copied the newer version (I started at Sep 10 release w32 shared and last night went to sept 14 version) my ffmpeg issues went away.
Thanks for this feedback. We are currently preparing a new version of Mezzmo and it will have the latest ffmpeg. Hopefully this will help iron out these issues. It should be released in within a week.
