Hi,
I have 2 LG TV's that give the file not supported error.a 42ln5700-uh(mfg date Jan 2014) and a 32ln570b-uh(mfg date Nov 2013).have a Samsung smart tv and a Roku 2 that work fine.It selected the LG TV(2013) profile by default for both and I tried the other lg tv profiles listed and all give the same error.I know the file play ok as I have a copy of them on a nas server and they play ok using Plex Server on it.All video files r converted to play without transcoding also.i have Mezzmo installed on a Win 8.1 laptop.here's the logs,i don't see much of any use in them.when I zipped them it excluded the memmzomediaserver folder saying it was empty.been reading all afternoon and couldn't find a solution.thanks.
doing more reading and sent this post with the log to the support email addy.
Update...everything seems to be working now.i changed memmzo to use the user acct and made a few changes in router setting so not sure what fixed it.Thanks
