I would like to request a feature where you can set a global default language for all audio and subtitles for all files that are multi-language or multi-sub.

This would allow more efficient setting of the language, which could be over-ridden on an individual, per file, basis.

Thank you.

Thanks for the suggestion. Global language for subtitles is already in Mezzmo v3.x. Go to Options dialog (Subtitles page) to set your preferred languages and Mezzmo will use them when streaming your files to your devices. You can also set subtitle preferences per device or per file. More information about how subtitles work in Mezzmo can be found here - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/5977-Tutorial-Subtitling-Basics.

Preferred audio language (global, per device and per file) is a planned new feature and we may be able to start on this after Mezzmo v4.0 has been released. For the moment, you can set the audio language use the Properties dialog. See this FAQ - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6029-Tutorial-How-to-stream-your-preferred-audio-language-in-a-video

Unfortunately, the Global Language support for audio on an individual basis is problematic when you have an entire series of shows that are in multi-language (dozens of files) this is not really a good solution.

Understand. We'll add audio language features in a future version.
