Couple of nice little changes

Hi,
These are only minor changes, but would be nice to see

For films, when the track column is shown it shows as blank, this is good
however when the disc/season column is shown it shows a zero for films
can this column work the same as the track column, so if it 0 then a blank is shown

example I have my layout like this

'Album/Series' 'Disc/Season' 'Track' 'Title'
'The Walking Dead' '1' '1' 'title 1'
'The Walking Dead' '1' '2' 'title 2'
etc
for films it shows
'blank' '0' 'blank' 'title of film'

can the '0' be got rid of in the 'Disk/Season' column and be replaced with a blank (only affects films)

The next is an easier one to explain, when doing a replace all in the maintenance screen for metadata (this seems recommended after upgrading software), can there be an option to retain ratings, I like to rate things myself and after doing an update all data all my ratings are gone and replaced
