Folder Merge Problem

With version 4 I'm having a few new problems. First when I try to use the merge folder option, it wont load correctly and says invalid file. For example. I have 2 hard drives both have a folder called movies. C:\movies would be my main drive and D:\movies would be my secondary drive. When I add a movie to my secondary drive it will show up on mezzmo as a blank folder and will say invalid file. If I take the same video and move it over to my main drive it will load up into mezzmo with no problems. All the video info will show up normally.

It's best we see a set of logs. Turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/419-FAQ-How-to-turn-on-diagnostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Exit Mezzmo and then run it again. Reproduce the merged folder problem and then stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
